Update map active version
- This tool sets a specific version of a B2B map as its active version in Anypoint Partner Manager.
- The user provides the map UUID (from the Get maps list tool) and the version UUID to activate (from the Get map details tool's versions list).
- After activating, the tool returns the full map detail record with the updated activeVersionId confirming the change.
